Tim Fry

Managing Director

I have been with Ridgemill from the start. After 25 years overseas, I trained as an agricultural engineer and fell into this business by accident. We have since built a great team that offers a first class service, of which I am immensely proud.

Paul Durbin

Technical Director

I started in the copier industry in 1983 at Canon and joined Ridgemill in February 1994. I am married with one daughter and three step sons, enjoy DIY, gardening and water skiing when the opportunity permits.

Brian Mogg

Sales Director

I joined Ridgemill in 1995 as a Salesman. Now as Sales Director, and with over 30 years industry experience, I can say it is a delight to work with such a dedicated, professional team.

Robert May

Sales Consultant

I joined the service department at Ridgemill in 2008 and now cover the Bristol and Somerset region, looking after current customers and new business. Outside of work I enjoy family time, playing a number of sports and socialising with friends.

Daniel Smith

Sales Consultant

I joined Ridgemill in the summer of 2011 as an area sales consultant looking after the Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Bath region. Outside of the office I am a keen sportsman and currently captain a local rugby side in Bath.

Nick Palmer

Service Technician

I have been with Ridgemill since June 1998. I have also served as a retained fireman in Keynsham for 15 years, enjoy all sports and am a keen fly fisherman often going out with Mr J R Hartley.

Andy Taylor

Service Technician

I joined Ridgemill in 2004. I am a keen outdoor sports enthusiast and regularly travel throughout the UK to climb, mountain bike and kayak. In 2016 I completed my first marathon and a bungee jump!

Nick Haddow

Service Technician

I joined Ridgemill in April 2015. I enjoy spending my spare time and weekends with my two children and girlfriend, visiting various places and having new experiences.

Stephen Shellard

Service Technician

I joined Ridgemill in February 2012. I have a degree in computing sciences and my hobbies include amateur photography and computer programing.

Caroline Clarke

Accounts

I started with Ridgemill when the company began in December 1989, just to help out! Out of hours, and after domestic chores, I enjoy gardening, flower arranging and walking the dog.

Jane Drew

Credit Controller

I joined Ridgemill in January 2013 and work alongside Caroline in the accounts department. My job is to look after customer accounts with regards to credit control.

Bridget Williams

Canvasser

I joined Ridgemill in 2015 as a sales coordinator. I like to spend my leisure time with my four sisters, collecting, antique fayres and finding the odd gem at charity shops. I also love dogs.

Sally Hibberd

Works Control

I started at Ridgemill in September 2006 as Works Controller. More recently I have changed to part-time hours to look after my first grandchild. When I’m not with her I like to keep fit, shop and socialise.

Penny Pople

Works Control

I joined Ridgemill in September 2015 and job share with Sally. My role is to ensure the engineers respond to service calls within the response time. Outside of work I enjoy the gym, gardening and socialising.

Liza Fry

Administration

I started off on works control as holiday cover, now I look after the rentals & invoicing side of the business. Oherwise you will find me walking Eva, gardening or at the gym.

Jerry Dyer

Receptionist

I am the newest member of the service team, working in service administration and on copy cost. In my spare time I enjoy playing the guitar, fishing and most outdoor activities.

Jemma Greer

Marketing Manager

I joined the Ridgemill in 2018 to manage and implement the company’s marketing activity. My spare time is mostly spent chasing after a toddler and if there’s any time left I enjoy writing.
